Returns & Refunds

At this time, FORUS does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the first 7 days.

Due to the nature of our fulfillment and drop-shipping process, all sales are considered final after the seven day time period..

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

FORUS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue.

Chargebacks & Fraud

By placing an order on FORUS, customers agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. Any suspicious activity may be reported to payment providers and relevant authorities.
