Return & Refund Policy

At FORUS, we aim to provide a fair and transparent return process for our customers while maintaining protection for our business operations.

Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as FORUS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds (minus shipping costs and the restocking fee) will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items:
All items are eligible for return within the 14-day window unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. There are no final sale items unless clearly marked before checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.
